Hi Folks,
Would someone be kind enough to send me a link to, or a vector drawing for a square with rounded corners. I want to make some drink coasters, but the software I am using seems to be very difficult to produce this.
Thanks
Paul

Rotary Attachment work
I have a JD3050 machine and use RD Works V8 software. I have started utilising the rotary attachment, which allows cylindrical objects to be engraved. My problem is, that once the job is completed, the laser head wants to return to an x axis position past the rotary chuck and ends up hitting it, and...

When I adjust the vertical beam to true vertical it takes 3 runs to cut. Any suggestions? I may take the 3...

JD 3050 cutting with a 2mm offset
Hi Folks, I recently took delivery of a Chinese JD 3050 60 W Laser Cutter, and am using RD Works V8. The problem I have is I cannot centralise the image / text to be cut. I set the red dot origin point correctly, but the machine then cuts 2mm lower on X axis and 2mm to the right on y axis. It's got ...
