Leetro will not support you even if you buy it from them, they are crooks and their product is junk, I through my leetro out and switched to Ruida, it was a simple swap and I love it.

Check the output of the power supply with an ammeter. Also make sure your power wire to the tube is secure and protected where it attaches to the tube, the connection should have a cover on it to prevent arching

I've seen some laser manufactures say never use antifreeze and some say it's fine, I'm researching the same thing. For now I use deionized water simply because it prevents static current on the glass tube.

I had problems to many times for to long, I through that pile of junk leetro in the garbage and switched to Ruida, all I can say is wow I love the change. Also one of Leetros employees sold me a 6535 and apparently didn't give the boss the money, they fired him but still wouldnt give me warranty bec...

It looks like to high a DPI for your lens size, the lens is likely overlapping itself
