And one more follow-up. After machine stays off for a night the bubbles come back but we found the easy way to dispose of them: They are being blocked by water jet turbulence near what seems to be pipe welding points (Is is well visible on image). no 2 materials are always the same. there is going to be differences in the composition each time. frustrating. but likely means you need to play with the settings a little. i haven't done much laser stuff, but im guessing it isnt getting the material hot enough and the gas you are using to blow the...

hi there
there are a few things you should check:
check you beam align up
check your lense if it is clean and not scratched or broken
how old is your tube
I am cutting 6mm black plexi with a 40 W at 70% power and 4mm speed you should get with a 100W faster speed

software to open multiple file types?
I am running PlasmaCam. I need to download a program to open files that people send me tha'ts cheap and easy to operate! Paint pro looks fancy and complete but also looks very intimidating. Any suggestions?
