I found the issue... it was a bad power supply, the ac>dc converter. Thanks

Brand new laser, 6040 Chinese, blowing fuse
I have a brand new laser and the inside light Powers up and the elevator works but the Ruida controller does not light at all. I found that the fuse was blown where the power connects in the back which only seems to protect one leg of the circuit, 220, but when I replace the fuse it instantly blows ...
