I think so.Your design have many layer different color,when you download the file to the machine,you not select all layer.You should check it.

Not sure if it applies to the larger tube like that, but I had to turn my tube so the inlet and outlet face up, that way the pump forces the air out immediately.

How thick do you cut? What materials? Different woods engrave/cut differently. You need to provide those details for help.
