I think so.Your design have many layer different color,when you download the file to the machine,you not select all layer.You should check it.Edwardor wrote:You can check if the layer output or not

Not sure if it applies to the larger tube like that, but I had to turn my tube so the inlet and outlet face up, that way the pump forces the air out immediately.

How thick do you cut? What materials? Different woods engrave/cut differently. You need to provide those details for help. If 1/4 inch plywood, 8 X 10 inches, a 40 watt hobby unit set up correctly would do it Probably at jigsaw speeds. If you want to cut 2 X 4's none will do it. Remember there is a ...

I have tried a ton of power and speed settings. Best so far seems to be about 5% power (appx. 35W laser) and about 400 mm/s speed. My scan gap is .1mm. The LaserCad software does not have a DPI setting. They do have a PPI setting, but I have played with it and did not see a lot of difference other t...
