The problem was that the number IP of the PC was in another range then the laser cutter… I had to change the range in the laser cutter to meet the same PC numbers, leaving only a difference on the last number. OK, thank you for the information...
In the meantime, i was helped by technical service of S&A (where the chiller comes from),
and we could find out that it's a pump problem.
So, they are sending spare part to me and problem should be resolved
