Re: Test of 100w tube for power loss

Hi James, This is Ben from Thunder laser. Sorry to hear that your laser tube is not working well now. Whenever there is a perceived loss of power, it could be caused by dirty or damaged optics, bad laser beam alignment or a focus or table level issue. Below you can find a document to instructions on...

Re: Laser Tube Replacement

Hi Steven,

You can replace with a RECI W4 100 watt tube for your machine.
But we don't use the RECI laser tube now,you should buy one by yourself.

Re: standard laser head vs HR head

Hi Anda,

I wonder if you use HR head to cut material.
Please noted, the HR head is generally used only for engraving,if you want to cut,you can only cut something very thin, like paper.

Re: X-axis does not work

Hi Mariusz,

OK,the laser hear can reset to top left corner,so the connection for motor and driver should be fine.
So if the laser head can normally touch the X axis limit switch,or hit the limit switch and stop then do not move anymore.

Hi Mariusz,

Sorry for your problem.
About your problem,X-axis does not work,i'm wondering if the laser head can reset to top left corner when turn on the machine,or just Y axis work well.

Re: Not Engraving in the absolute position

Hi Steven,

As you said,it's more likely about the controller or software issue.
Please send me the test files for checking.Thanks.
