Hi Ben - I replaced the x axis limit switch wire which resolved that issue. But then the machine caught fire. It looks like only one piece was damaged. I need to know what this piece is so that I can replace it. I cannot attach a photo to this message so I have emailed you.
Thank you!

Hi Ben - I did the test for the x limit switch and it is not working. I replaced the x limit switch already so it must be the wire? There are two wires connected to the x limit switch. Do you know which would I should replace first or should I replace both? Secondly, I did not switch the wires betwe...

Re: X Axis does not work
Hi Ben - I replaced both the x limit switch and the servo motor and I am still having problems. However, I am getting a flashing red light on the right blue box (not the left one as circled in the the picture in the pdf you sent me). I tried attaching a photo to this message but all I got was an err...

X Axis does not work
Hi there - my x axis does not seem to be working. Can you please tell me what trouble shooting steps I need to follow to determine what the issue is?
The machine is not able to reset to the top left corner when turned on.
Thanks - Dan

Re: Settings for HR photo engraving
Hi Ben - thank you. That is how I have the one lens installed (it is facing the correct way).
My original question still stands - how do you install two lenses? Do you stack them on top of each other?
Thanks

Re: Settings for HR photo engraving
Thank you for your response. Can you please show how the two lenses are to be installed in the HR laser head? Are they stacked on top of each other? This is not clear to me - thank you. I have a Nova 35 130w - I could not find where to add my machine's serial number to my profile. Thank you - Dan

Settings for HR photo engraving
Hi there - can you please confirm what size lens to use with the HR laser head? Is it the same 2" (50.8mm) lens that is used with the standard head or something else? Also - can you provide suggested settings (power, speed, and interval) for achieving good results with the HR head on wood? Than...
