Re: X-axis does not work

Hi Mariusz,

OK,the laser hear can reset to top left corner,so the connection for motor and driver should be fine.
So if the laser head can normally touch the X axis limit switch,or hit the limit switch and stop then do not move anymore.

Re: Not Engraving in the absolute position

Hi Steven,

As you said,it's more likely about the controller or software issue.
Please send me the test files for checking.Thanks.

Re: Not Engraving in the absolute position

Hi Steven, It seems that controller is not working well. Maybe the memory of controller is full, please clean up the files. Or you can just format the memory as following. On LCD panel>>File>>Other+>>format the memory speedily. After that, let me know if that problem is resolved or not.

Re: Inconsistent results when cutting material close to 10mm

Hi Idan, Sorry for my late reply. For your cutting problem, sometimes it cut through just fine and other times it won't. It seems that the setting is at the threshold between cut through or not. We suggest to lower the speed a little bit just fine. Besides, you should know that the MDF is more difficu...

Please install the RDworksV8.19.
It has setting for reverse interval and good to X-swing engraving.
