The length of the tube is about the only other thing you need to consider.

Not clear if that's the spindle power or the movement system. Whichever, it seems far too low for me, I would have thought you would need at least half a horsepower for the spindle, which is 375 watts, and more would be better.

normally , w2 80w reci laser tube ,more people choose cw-3000 water chiller ,of course cw-5200 is better solution , for high tempeture area , 5200 is essential ,but for 5000 only a little change with 5200, you should check if the water chiller ,maybe there is something wrong with you chiller .

I've recently purchased a CO2 80w laser from china. I purchased the CW-3000 "chiller" as it seemed to be highly recommended by folks that I spoke to but after using it for a few days, I've discovered that it totally useless to me for use in sub-tropical Brisbane in summer. I couldn't work ...

Look into a piece of software called V carve by vetric
Without a better description of your equipment that is the best advice I can give.
