Hi Dan,

Sorry to hear that your machine is not working well.
For your problem,please help to check with me.
The x axis does not work,will it reset when turn on,or the x axis does not reset normally,i mean it will hit the origin then you cannot move x axis by arrow key on LCD panel.

Hi Jim, It's ok if you want to replace the 100watt with an 80watt laser tube. They use the same power supply,you can keep the original power supply,no need to make any adjustment for power supply. Thunder laser machine have limited the max power as 70%,it's about 21~22mA on the meter for 80 and 100w...

Hi Steven,

You can replace with a RECI W4 100 watt tube for your machine.
But we don't use the RECI laser tube now,you should buy one by yourself.

I wonder if you use HR head to cut material.
Please noted,the HR head is generally used only for engraving,if you want to cut,you can only cut something very thin,like paper.
