Pinnacle M-Series Mystery

Hello all! I have a question. I'm running a Pinnacle M-Series (25Wat) and need some help getting it up and running. I'm running a windows 2003 virtual machine and have all the drivers downloaded. I still can't get my computer to recognize the Pinnacle Machine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You even use it on you mac?I think this is a result of using virtual machine.You should control physical system allow virtual machine use USB port.If you laser control system support internet port,you can have a try.
