just signed in to this forum. have a red black Chinese laser with rdworks software. problem is my laser par. are stuck at 10000x x 10000y so on power up machine wants to go forever and will slam wall. I can stop it with esc key but am afraid to run laser as don't know if it will mess up and hit wall if I am not standing right there with had on emg. stop. I cant find where to change this. went to vendor setting didn't see anywhere that said it is set to 10000mm. but also I have a problem with the usb port not commuciating with laser. any help would be great Bridgett
bed should be x 700mm and y 500mm

thanks for the reply I have tried resetting at this point. it did not work should I reinstall the software on the cpu and try it again.

did you find the awnser to the X Y reading 10000mm

The coordinate of X and Y show you as 10000*10000.
I wonder if the laser head cannot be resetting well.
Please check the limit switch on the parking position.
