I have been trying to buy an eleksmaker engraver

Post by wolfgangblack » Tue Dec 12, 2017 5:50 pm

I have ordered an Eleksmaker A3 Pro twice now and still don't have it.
My first order was from Banggood who sent me a box that had been around
and shipped at least once and it had an engraver so old I can hardly find pics of that style.
They refused to take it back and all they offered was $15 for me to keep it so I
did a chargeback on it. They still haven't responded to that.
It has none of the features shown in their ad now does it look like the ad at all.

Second order was from ezgiz.com, who I also ordered a Z axis from the day after thanksgiving when I ordered the laser the 1st time.
Fake hong kong post tracking number, for the laser they pulled a US postal service tracking number but never shipped it.
They have not responded to emails about either order for days now.
Turns out they are a scam website with a lot of fake info with popups claiming people ordered stuff
and their order tracking updates daily showing orders shipped the day you check it.

Is there a reliable place I can order a 2.5W A3 Pro engraver for about $200?
At this rate I will buy a used K40 and try to fix that as more than 200 for a 2.5 watt laser engraver is too much.

Ordered a third time on December 12th from Aliexpress store.
I chose them because they state:
Seller Guarantees:
On-time Delivery
13 days
or full refund

So naturally just today they sent the shipping info to shipped after giving me two tracking numbers
that are not found and lots of stories and still have not shipped item.
I have never had so much trouble trying to buy something.
The store is called, appropriately enough, Annoy Tools.
I have bought a lot of stuff on aliexpress and ebay but the past 6 months things have
gotten pretty bad with the sellers.
The soonest I can file a dispute on aliexpress is the 2nd and I will for sure.

I post this as warnings to avoid Banggood and Annoy Tools and ezgiz.com.

Sounds like you have been really unlucky. I hope you get your refunds OK.

(I order quite a lot of CNC and Electronic items from Banggood during the course of a year and have never had a problem (yet)).
