I have been trying to buy an eleksmaker engraver

I have ordered an Eleksmaker A3 Pro twice now and still don't have it.
My first order was from Banggood who sent me a box that had been around
and shipped at least once and it had an engraver so old I can hardly find pics of that style.
They refused to take it back and all they offered was $15 for me to keep it so I
did a chargeback on it. They still haven't responded to that.
It has none of the features shown in their ad now does it look like the ad at all.
Second order was from ezgiz.com, who I also ordered a Z axis from the day after thanksgiving when I ordered the laser the 1st time.
Fake hong kong post tracking number, for the laser they pulled a US postal service tracking number but never shipped it.
They have not responded to emails about either order for days now.
Turns out they are a scam website with a lot of fake info with popups claiming people ordered stuff
and their order tracking updates daily showing orders shipped the day you check it.
Is there a reliable place I can order a 2.5W A3 Pro engraver for about $200?
At this rate I will buy a used K40 and try to fix that as more than 200 for a 2.5 watt laser engraver is too much.
