Need alittle help etching photos with my new 20w fiber laser

Hello my fellow engravers. I recently bought a chinese 20w laser and after numerous attempts to talk to the seller Ive accepted they dont understand what im trying to say lol. I have a k40 that i put a dsp upgrade in to do realistic photo etchings on anodized aluminum. I got the fiber because it was suppose to be better quality and after dumping hundreds down the drain testing settings I just cant get this thing to etch as clean as the dsp does. Ive tried gold method, ont touch laser, photograv, and gimp and I can get it to look just like the photo and not have dithering dots everywhere. Any help in me learning this new machine would be greatly appreciated. Here is some pictures of what I am able to do with my dsp c02 and need this fiber to do.
