What is laser marking?

The basic principle of laser marking is the high-energy continuous laser beam which is generated by a laser generator. And the focused laser is applied to the printing material so that the surface material is instantly melted and even vaporized. By controlling the path of the laser on the surface of the material, then the desired graphic mark is formed.

Laser marking is characterized by non-contact processing that can be marked on any profiled surface, without the work-piece deforming and creating internal stresses. Laser marking is suitable for the marking of metals, plastics, glass, ceramics, wood, leather and other materials.

The laser can mark almost all parts (such as pistons, piston rings, valves, valve seats, hardware tools, sanitary ware, electronic components, etc.), and is marked with wear-resistant, the production process is easy to realize automation, and the marked parts are no deformed.

The laser marking machine adopts the scanning method to mark, that is, the laser beam is incident on the two mirrors.
