I have been working with my laser for almost 2 years now, all was nice and good, until i started to notice some little things.
First problem - When i cut circle, i noticed that start and end point does not match.
I attached the image to better understand the problem.
Second problem - When i make outline with 4% power with 100w laser, it seems that laser don't respond fast enough, and leaves gap between end and start point. Before there has no problems.. Is it a bad sign?
Third problem - when i cut circles, circles are not actualy circle it is little bit defformed. (when i cut circle and try to rotate it where i cut it, it stucks)
So, i would like to know thouts on these problems, is my servo motors failing, maybe my laser tube is dying or my mirrors not aligned correctly, something else?
What would be reccomended procedure to rule out things?
Any suggestions will be appriciated.
Thanks in advance.
