Regarding the CO2 laser marking machine, the quality and function of the laser tube directly affects the operating power of the CO2 laser marking machine, which is one of the most important parts of the CO2 laser marking machine. Generally, the CO2 laser marking machine laser is usually made of hard glass, and the layer sleeve structure is generally used. The innermost layer is the discharge tube, the second layer is the water-cooled casing, and the outermost layer is the gas storage pipe.

The diameter of the discharge tube of the carbon dioxide laser is thicker than that of the He-Ne laser tube. The thickness of the discharge tube generally has no effect on the output power, and the diffraction effect caused by the size of the spot is first considered, and should be determined according to the length of the tube. The length of the tube is a little thicker and the tube is shorter and thinner. The length of the discharge tube is proportional to the output power. The power output per meter of discharge tube length is added over the total length over a range of lengths. The purpose of adding a water cooling jacket is to cool the working gas and stabilize the output power.

1.Hard glass: This part is made up of GG17 material to make discharge tube, water cooling sleeve, gas storage sleeve and return air tube. The sealed CO2 laser is generally a three-layer casing structure. The innermost part is the discharge tube, the center is the water net sleeve, the outermost layer is the gas storage sleeve, and the return air tube is used to connect the discharge tube and the gas storage tube.

2.Electrode: The CO2 laser marking machine laser generally uses a cold cathode with a cylindrical shape. The cathode material has a great influence on the life of the laser. The basic requirements for the cathode material are: low sputtering rate, and low rate of gas absorption.
The discharge tube is connected to the gas storage tube at both ends, that is, one end of the gas storage tube has a small hole communicating with the discharge tube, and the other end is communicated with the discharge tube through the spiral return air tube, so that the gas can be circulated in the discharge tube and the gas storage tube. Activity, the gas in the discharge tube communicates at any time. It is widely used in non-metal marking and engraving of acrylic and plastic products; and it has developed into a talent for marking low-carbon steel. CO2 lasers are also used in automated systems for polyimide and polyester sheets of flexible boards and diaphragms for electronic instruments.
