upgrading my neje master 7w laser engraver

I bought a neje master 7w engraver and have decided to upgrade it to a 15w laser head.
Having purchased one the fittings are different and it with its own board. I am at a loss as to how it should be wired and how to flash my current board to get it running.
Any help would be much appreciated.
