NEJE mini laser engraver problem.

I was engraving a piece of wood and all the sudden the laser stopped burning. Everything else works. The laser turns on and gets brighter when I start engraving. Does anyone know anything about these engravers?

Couple questions:
What operating system do you have
Are you using the printing software that came with the machine?
How many hours do you have on the machine?
Was the last burn taking more than an hour?
Is there a set of buttons on the top that has the 4 directional arrows and a center button?
Without using your PC/phone app, press the center button (with a piece of scrap under the laser) hold it for a couple seconds. Does it start burning a test burn?
Hit the center button to stop it after a couple minutes if it does.

How many hours do you have on the machine? - Less than two hours
Was the last burn taking more than an hour? - No. About 20 minutes
