Laser Engraver Forum

I have a Chinese 50w engraver bought from ebay. I have had issues on and off since I have owned it. Most recently, I created a file in corel draw, transferred it RDworks, saved it as an RDworks format, closed and reopened the file, restarted my PC, restarted the laser and at every step the engraver is telling me that the RDworks file is invalid. The strange thing is that it will run a frame for me, so it recognizes the file enough to do that, but not enough to engrave it. I am using corel 2019 and RDworks 8. HELP!
