Files shift to left side of cutting field when downloaded from PC

I have an 80W CO2 China laser. I am using RDWorks V8 software. I recently had to un-install and reinstall my software. With the new reinstall I now have a couple of issues. When I build a file and download it to the machine, the file shifts to the far upper left of the cutting platform/field. No matter where I have positioned the file on my screen. This is causing an error code to come up at the controller that says X-flop. researched that one and know that the issue comes from the file position issue. Also, the green box that was locked in the bottom left of the computer screen no locks on to the corner of the files I am building.
Did I miss something in the setup? Does anyone have any idea how to reposition the little green box?
