Perfect circle on tumbler seems skewed

Does anyone know why the bottom left of this circle seems more "squatty" than the bottom right which seems to quickly curve upwards?
We're not going for perfect but this image seems distorted. Is this typically a roller / rotary issue or the laser traveling along the axis incorrectly?
