Moshidraw engravings are smaller than drawings??

I was just thiking to myself, there must be someone at CNCZone who has mastered Moshidraw. I sure would like to ask them a few questions.
I just set up my new K40 laser. Yes, I know they are cheap but I just need it to do occasional light engraving.
For the price I'm fairly impressed with the machine, The software not so much!

I'm running Moshidraw 2014 software.
I drew a polygon 28mm wide x 26mm high.
When I output it to the laser, it engraves it 16mm wide x 15.7mm high.
So, I drew another one 38mm x 36mm and it engraves this one 22mm x 21mm.
Is there some other setting that is changing the size of my drawings by a percentage or something?
I tried drawing a rectangle as well with the same (smaller) results.
No matter what I draw the output is 40-45% smaller. Why is this??
Any help with this issue will be greatly appreciated.
