How to cut foam?

Hi!

I am new with laser cutting technology so I'm still learning the basics.
Now I'm learning to cutting foam. I have a problem.How to set the cutting parameters ？

I have tried slow speed, fast speed all in combinations with low or high power.But the result is too bad.

You want to use a fast speed and air assist (for optimum performance you should look at using Nitrogen but it probably isn't necessary).

I cut a lot of 3mm and 6mm Depron on my laser with an 80W tube. For 3mm I use 20 power, 60 speed. I have a large compressor to deliver lots of air. This improves the quality of the cut a lot.
