Slanted letters

I have my engraver up and running, but when I engrave a name the letters are all slanted? Does anyone know what would cause my design to come out slanted? It is straight along the bottom, but each letter is tilted? Thanks,Marcel

We checked all the belts and they are all tight. Letters are still slanted?
