New Controller for Old Machine - Unable to Pulse Laser

Hey guys... Just got a new controller and I can't seem to get it to work properly.

Issue 1 - Everything on the controller is in Chinese and I don't know how to switch it to English (Honestly not that big of a deal)
Issue 2 - when I turn the machine on, the laser head shakes in position until I hit escape.

MAIN ISSUE - I am able to send files from computer okay, but when it tries to cut, it will only cut the path from where the laser head is originally positioned to the point where the design actually starts. (See attached image)

I'm guessing I may have done something wrong when I re-wired everything for the new controller? There were 2 wires that I couldn't find a match for on the new controller. (See attached image)

If your laser cutter’s LCD panel is in Chinese,it might cost you lots of time to set to English. Now Thunder laser will show you how to change Chinese to English just in a few seconds.

Thank you, but this solves the least important issue of all the issues.

Awesome... Now we're getting somewhere! Although I'm a bit unsure on how to find out what series my mars is, it's a Mars 90 back from 2011-2012... Is that what you need to know?

Basically the issue is that the laser is on when it's supposed to be off, and off when it's supposed to be on. For example, the laser actually cuts, whenever you press "Frame" but it won't cut when you press start.

Opened all files in RD Works. Laser is still not cutting. I think it's possible it could be a wiring issue? There's two wires that are connected on the new laser machines, that are not connected on this machine. Could this be causing the issue? When I press "Pulse" the laser doesn't cut, yet when I press "Frame," It cuts.

As well, now the files that I'm sending to RD Works are not the right size. It's making the design much bigger than it actually is.
