OK adjusted a few things and finally gotten to cut through 6mm MDF
I had another piece of scrap MDF between the Table and the Top 6mm sheet, would this be Moisture from the Assisted Air or what could it be and what caused it?

It migh be the glue, mdf has a lot of glue in it, which might be heating up when the flame cuts through.

as said its the glue, I had the same when trialing cutting
turn the down a lot
my settings are
60w tubbe
3mm 18% @ 10mm
6mm 30% @ 5mm
9mm 40% @ 5mm
try that or similar
