Different shading in same piece of acylic

Post by gsymes01@gmail.com »

Hi all hope someone can please help, I have just got a new chinese 100w laser (ebay) red/black machine, I have worked out how to use it but think I have not got the correct settings or I'm doing something wrong, I am engraving 5mm acrylic from a bitmap image seems to go ok to start with then it seems to change density and I end up with a distinct line accross it for about 20mm then it comes right again then depending on how big it is will
happen again, attached are 2 photos 1st is showing in difference and the 2nd is also showing the difference starting just up accross the top but also there are lines going the opposite way and 3rd you can see it in the M then comes right and does it again in the U and then the ugly lines going the opposite way again? I gotta be doing something wrong??? Thank you

i think so. I have seen lots of romanized Cantonese texts and I can conclude that Cantonese is "really" that different from Chinese.

Considering the Monport laser for its user-friendly interface, high quality, and affordability may help resolve the issues you're experiencing with your new Chinese 100W laser machine. It seems like inconsistencies in engraving quality could be due to incorrect settings or improper operation. Experimenting with different settings and reaching out to the manufacturer's support for guidance may help address the issue. https://monportlaser.com/collections/co ... ka374VZjm3
