EZCAD Hatch fill errors

Post by Goteron »

Hatch fill works correctly on ezcad text but fails when using a vector .dxf file. It just doesn't calculate correctly.

Any guidance on what I can try?

I have tried importing .ai previously and could never get it to work from Illustrator CC and Solidworks. Are there specific settings or a recommended program for converting formats?

Thanks

Have you tried ungrouping the objects/line and individually hatching each area that you want hatched?
