Laser Engraver Forum

I recently bought a laser engraver and it didn't come with any instructions or software. I found a video on youtube to put it together and downloaded multiple programs but the only one that would open was RDWorksV8. But it always gives me a connection error and won't connect to the laser engraver. Does anyone know a way I can get it to work?
