File Setup - Can Anyone help

I am looking for someone to make alterations to my laser cutting file - Please see attached.
The issue is with the blossom flowers in the bottom right of each cut out section - I am having trouble setting these up so that the parts in white are cut out leaving the bits in grey.
The material being laser cut is 5mm grey acrylic.
I know there are other problems with the file as it currently is but these i Can fix. Its just the flowers that I need additional help with.
