V8.01.24 Drastic size change between screen and laser

Just loaded the new V8.01.24 and now I have a new problem.
The object looks fine on the computer and on the laser screen after downloaded. When I "Frame" the job, the frame path of the laser head is extremely different. Not even close to reality.
I am also getting regular "X slop over" messages which I can't get past using previous methods.
