CHILLER Problem

Post by Andy »

Hello,

i am facing a new problem:
the chiller's alarm started to go on.
I added water, but since then the alarm is still on, and it's impossible to stop it.
The temperature controller is blinking with all leds on: impossible to read any information...
I tried to restore factory settings but without any success: everything is still blinking and alarm still goes on...
Any idea please?
Thank you for your help...

Hi Andy,

OK,please turn off your chiller.
Then use a water pipe directly connected to chiller water outlet and inlet.
Check if the alarm is still on and is there water flowing?

Hi Andy,

Please note:you should use a water pipe directly connected to chiller water outlet and inlet before turn chiller on.see attachment

From your video,it seems there is no water flowing, did you check the water,is it enough.see attachment.

If water is enough but no water flowing, please open the cover from the chiller, and check if the water pump inside is working well or not?

OK, thank you for the information...
In the meantime, i was helped by technical service of S&A (where the chiller comes from),
and we could find out that it's a pump problem.
So, they are sending spare part to me and problem should be resolved ;-)

Thank you for your help,

best regards,

Andy
