Shenhui RDC 320A Controlle Issue

I have a Shenhui 1280 CO2 laser which I purchased 8 years ago which uses a RDC 320A controller..
Recently, I turned on the machine and the RDcam software indicated "no machine connection".
I tried new USB port-no change
I tried new USB cable- no change
I tried new computer with RDCam 5.0-cannot connect to laser
I am plugged directly into the controller USB port- I am not using the USB extension cable
The controller card looks like it has three red lights inside the case and bottom left light is blinking.
I assume these are inside the controller module and are shining thru the case.
I installed a new controller and still have the same problem.
What do the red lights mean? These may indicate what the problem is.
Can you find out from the factory what the red lights mean?
I checked the voltages and all are ok- 24 vdc and 5 vdc
I reseated all the connectors on the controller
Can someone please help me?
