Mars90_Z axis movement problem.

Post by Young »

Hello there!

This is Joon.
I tried to move the cutting bed through z axis.
However, the bed cannot move upwards.

Now, the cutting bed is almost at the bottom of the machine.
And, I cannot make it upwards.

Please, let me know how to solve this problem.

Best,
Joon

Hi Joon,
please try to clean the detector area of auto focus,
it is dirty, and it can't detect any materials.
if it still can't work, please unplug it and try again.
any question, welcome to ask me again.

Hey,

Thank you for your reply.
However, you may not understand the problem.

1. I do not use auto focus function.
I tried to move the bed manually.
But, the bed could not move upwards.

2. I had cleaned the machine periodically.
The sensor was not dirty at all.

3. I tried to turn off the machine and turn it on.
And then, tried to move the bed upwards but did not work.

4. The auto focus fuction also does not work the bed goes downwards only.

I hope I could get the solution from you!

Best,
Joon
