Hi Alx
Thank you for your more clear pictures to explain the problem for me
1. after you set that pulse power to 30%, the laser dot is a circle spot, work fine
2. the laser beam is coming out from the center of the nozzle of the laser head, so it looks good

3. did you cleaning all the lens or mirrors and to check if there are no problem with them?
4. do you have a spare laser tube on your stock?

Hi Alx
1. but it seem to a circle, ok, i understand about this, it's not a complete circle, it likes an oval more, right? but the most point is that it's not a circle spot.
2. ok
3. ok, don't have a spare tube
4. now we checked all the possible factors for the laser, it looks like that the power of the laser tube is down seriously. so we should be replace a new one for your laser

So what do you think of it

Hi Alx
Sorry to make you misunderstand with
Because of your laser tube is not under warranty already, so i can't send you a new laser tube for free.
The laser tube is only under 6 months when your laser was sent out
So you may need to order a new laser tube for replacement if there are no problem after we checked all the parts those days
The laser beam alignment is working fine, and all lens and mirrors are cleaned, etc
So it looks like that the output power of laser tube is down seriously already
Sorry for it if it brings you some troubles

Dear Tom

Ok find the way to see the total on time....see attach.
6 months of garantie...I read a post from Nolan who talk about +-1500hrs....Im so far away from that number.... ''Laser ON time'': 77h48m39sec

It should be consider like a defect product?

Hi Ale
Really sorry for that
Usually the laser tube must be using when you received it
Even if you did not used it with keeping it in the stock but it still keeping loss the power a little bit everyday
So the best used period is the first 6 months while you received the laser machine
Nolan told you the laser tube can be used with 1500 hrs was meant that you should be used it while you received the laser machine

Sometimes some clients are keeping the laser at the workshop but always do not used it so the output power will be keeping lost everyday even a little bit. but when you reuse it again after for a long time maybe about 1 year, it will not come out the enough output power anymore

So we have no idea with on this issue, most of laser tubes are the same as i suggest

Hi Tom

didn't have time to recheck the laser problems...till today.

Before i spend money buying a new laser tube...i did order a Laser power probe meter.

I did make some test and here the result....don't know if it is normal values or not (need your input on that)

I folow the suplyer instruction for the laser power meter( 18 sec. in laser beam...wait 25sec and read...)
Laser power was set to 90% my laser Tube is a 130watts
Position of the meter:
1-after beam combiner read out of +-98watts
2-After 1 miroir +-96watts
3-after 2 miroir +-89watts
4-after 3 miroir +-89watts without the focus lens.

Also include a picture of the circle draw at the end of the 2'' focus lens
***I did : Clean lens and miroir+ check the 4 corner and validate the honey comb table leveling
