Hi Dhanesh
Please use the air compressor when you cut the Polycarbonate.

NEVER CUT POLYCARBONATE!!! It dissolves in Chlorid and acid. Damaging your laser and your health.

Polypropylene, polyethylene and polycarbonate all generate benzene, which is a carcinogen, during laser cutting. ( you should never cut this without using a suitable filtration system that is designed to remove these emissions )
Polystyrene releases styrene, while PVC emits hydrogen chloride ( which can result in Hydrochloric acid).
Many plastics also give off extreemely fine particles plus carcinogenic polycyclic hydrocarbons.
