1. Check the first mirror

Requirement: Laser beam should dot to the first mirror center.
Laser power: 30%

Prepare double-sided adhesive
Tear off two small pieces
Stick them with each other.
Paste to the first mirror, and press the adhesive out of profile with nail.
Laser beam dots to the first mirror.

2. Check the laser path to second mirror.
Requirement: Laser beam should dot to the same position no matter close to first mirror or far from it.

Prepare two small pieces double-sided adhesive
Paste to the second mirror
Laser beam dots to the same position, that means laser path to second mirror all right.

However, If the dots in different position, how to fix it?
For example, second laser dot is upper left.
Prepare M4 screwdriver. (we prepare it for you inside the tool box)
Loosen the two white screws slightly
Then loosen the three golden nuts slightly
You can adjust it now.

Adjust Screw A and B in clockwise slightly,
Laser dots in same position, that means laser path to second mirror all right.
Fix the two silvery screws and three golden nuts, check the laser path again,
if the laser still dots to different position, repeat above steps until they are superimposed.

3. Check the laser path to third mirror.
Requirement: Laser beam should dot to the same position no matter close to second mirror or far from it.

Laser beam dots to the same position, that means laser path to second mirror all right.

If the dots are in different position, please adjust the second mirror screws like you adjusting the first mirrors’.
then move the laser head to the four corners of working table, if they are not superimposed, please repeat step 2,3

4. Check the third mirror laser dot position
Requirements: Laser beam should dot to the right center of third mirror. Note, this adjustment is kind of difficult, please do it carefully.

How to adjust it if the laser dot not in center?
Prepare two small pieces double-sided adhesive
Paste it to second mirror, and press it out of profile
For example, the dot in the center right.
We need to adjust the second mirror mount.
Loosen the two screws that secure the frame

Note: The second mirror mount is movable after you loosen the screws, and that will cause laser path change seriously. Please fix one screw, then adjust the mount direction, make sure it’s the same with before. Then check the third mirror laser path, as long as the dots are near with each other, please fix the two screws. Adjust the second mirror screws again to make the laser path all right.

Move the second mirror mount to left.
Fix the left screws, adjust the right side of mirror mount,
The laser path will be ok if we adjust the mirror mount direction well.
Fix the right screws little by little
Fix the two screws.
Adjust the second mirror screws again to make the laser path all right.
Laser dots superposition in the center.

5. Check the laser dot position and verticality after focusing
Requirements: Move laser head to the center of platform, laser beam comes out from center of laser head, and dots to the 10mm acrylic tool vertically.
Laser power: 15% to 30%

Prepare scotch tape, 10mm acrylic tool and M4 screwdriver.
Paste a small piece of tape to the bottom of laser head
Put 10mm acrylic tool under the laser head

If the laser dot not in the center point and acrylic verticality Leaning, please adjust the third mirror
Check the laser dot first,
For example, laser dot in the bottom center
Loosen the screws slightly
Then loosen the three golden nuts

Adjust the nut B in anticlockwise
Laser beam comes out from the center
Then check the verticality
Vertical right
Adjust nuts A, B, C in clockwise

Check the laser dot position again.
If the laser dot in the bottom right center
Adjust nuts A in clockwise and adjust nuts B in counterclockwise
Then check the verticality
By now, laser beam will through the 10mm acrylic tool vertical

Fix all screws and nuts, check the dot position and vertical until both of them all right. At last, move laser head to four corners of the platform to test the verticality, and make sure they are all right.
