Working on a large piece of glass mirror today and the engraving quality is shocking,
Artwork saved at 600dpi but I have tried all different dpi settings. All turned out the same..... Any ideas.? I'll post 3 photo's

Hiya,I think that you can check your software setting ,and you can try to set smaller in the scan interval if your machine have this option.

Can you post your design capture?I think is the design problem.Images to be laser-engrave consist of bitmap and vector.Your engrave format so big.However, the bitmap is bad for big format,but using vector drawing, you can achieve it. I check your photo margin obtusely serrate.You should check you design.
Because of major,be at ease so.

Please check the lens , it's must be loose ,or durty , except lens, the loose belt or motor wheel also make this .
