engrave and cut lines not aligned

I have searched for an answer to this but unfortunately so far cannot find an answer.
I have a 100w 400 x 600 laser. I use corel laser with corel x7. I have done an engraving and in another layer a cut to cut it out. I have identical binding boxes around both layers, but the cut is lower down the bed than the engraving, therefore cutting the top off the engraving. The power / cut / engraving of the machine is perfect at all point of the bed. I just cant figure out why the cut line is lower than it should be.
Any help would be appreciated.

No one got any ideas, this one has me beat. I have checked the mirrors again today and the nozzle end of the laser everything is perfect at every point. But the engrave and cut drifts, the lower down the table the more down and to the right they go out of line. Engraving hits the same spot time after time as does the cut, but they drift out of line with each other.
