Not Engraving in the absolute position

Can someone tell me why the part that I'm engraving into is off center by 1/8".
Please the attached photo.
The X is whats off
For some reason the photo rotated.

Hi Steven,

It seems that controller is not working well.
Maybe the memory of controller is full,please clean up the files.
Or you can just format the memory as following.
On LCD panel>>File>>Other+>>format the memory speedily.

After that,let me know if that problem is resolved or not.

How do I clear the memory of the controller??

What happens when I format the controller?
Will i have to enter any info or settings?

I a wait your response before I make any changes

Ben,
I just tried another test......
When I have a shape (square) and place it in an absolute position it cuts it out exactly where I placed it, but if I put another square inside of it to engrave it doesn't line up. Like in the original photo.
