Laser Tube dirty because of the water // temperature

Hi

#1 The laser tube is dirty inside because of the water. I have used tap water instead of distilled water. What can I do?

#2. The ambient temperature is between 8-10 degree. Is wintertime.The water chiller indicates 8 degree. What is the minimum temperature that is safe to run the laser machine.
