Hello, my name is Gabriel, I’m an assistant in a research Center at my University. Recently the center achieved a new CNC Laser Machine with two lasers and two headsets from a Chinese manufacturer called Destiny-CNC Tech, and we’ve been adjusting the machine. A few weeks ago everything was working normally, we adjusted the first laser and the respective mirrors, then we tried to adjust the second laser but we couldn’t even make a simple shot with this laser, so we tried to do it with the RDWorks V8 software and everything stoped working. Since that, the machine has been sending a “Machine protection” alert and we haven’t been able to figure out what the problem could be. Now even the first laser won’t work, less the second laser.
The chillers and compressors are working correctly, thats not the problem.
Is there a blessed soul that could help us find out whats going on?
