RDWorks: crtl-z (undo) sometimes changes the layer/color Order

Hello, sometimes (most of the time) when I undo something in laserwords (v8.01.28)
The order of the colors/layers are changed, most of the time the black layer goes to the top.
is the a feature or a failure of RDWorks?

I have found on occasion some of the versions of RD works i have tried installing have had a few bugs, such as undo would revert back about 10-15 steps back perhaps try installing a different version i found that i went thought 4-5 versions before i found a stable version for me.
