Hi all,
So my company has a ZTech engraver. We have been utilizing it to create etched portrait pieces as of late, but we needed to update our processor. We kept the same hard drive so all the settings and such should not have changed. However, once the new processor was put in the computer, our etched portrait pieces were completely different even though we input the same settings.
Has anyone had any issue like this before and have any potential solutions?
