Help with Fading issue?

I have checked the alignment of my laser. The fading occurs almost randomly. I can do two passes and the banding will appear in a different location. Here are two photos of what I am getting.

Its a 65 watt laser, etching granite, 65% power at 300 DPI using LightBurn
