Hi guys,
Trying to learn to cut thin plastics. In this case, acetal (POM).
Using a K40 ($340 Preenex), and can't seem to get clean results. Some melting / jagged edges. It's not just the nature of the material, as I'm able to cut this quite cleanly on a Thunder Laser.

(Focus mainly on the cut in the middle of the photo, that's one of my better results so far- '99 20.')
What can I try? Is it not reasonable to expect to get great results from a laser like this?
TIA
K40 thin plastics and possible adjustments; help
